Parents bring to Registration:
Your most current utility bill for address verification
(No Cell or Landline phone bills will be excepted)
Original and one copy of birth certificate for child
Driver's license or CA ID for parent who signs contract for child
Copy of first semester report card
Forms that are required to be read and or completed at sign-up
